Day 4-posture analysis and practice teaching
Day 5-practice teaching and exploring tight hip flexors in seated position.
Did you know that in most cases what is perceived as being tight hip flexors in seated are not really tight hip flexors at all. What you are actually feeling is the compression of the spine.
